> Exercise based rehabilitation has been shown to dramatically improve patient outcomes across a wide variety of disease types.

**Cardiac rehabilitation, which our flagship rehab program is modeled on, has been shown to reduce hospitalizations, increase life span, increase quality of life and even reverse some of the most pernicious effects of cardiovascular disease.**

## If all cardiac and pulmonary patients attended their rehab, we would save an estimated 261k lives per year, in the US alone.1

31 million Americans qualify for cardiac and pulmonary rehab each year. **Only 5% attend.**

Life-Changing Results for Carda Patients

This weekend I was able to go to the baseball game with my grandson and walk around for the first time in a very long time instead of using my scooter after just 6 weeks in the Carda Health rehab program. My therapist, Haley, is great, she is the best part about the program.

After my recent stent placement I felt apprehensive about exercising. I was unsure about what level of exertion would benefit me. Working with a Clinical Exercise Physiologist has been the answer. I’m confident that I’m moving at the right intensity and the sessions really keep me motivated.
