I joined Carda to be able to reach those who are not able to get to a traditional cardiopulmonary rehab. I believe that all should have access to these types of rehabilitation services, and Carda is a great way to achieve this. My free time is spent with family, outdoor activities, sports activities, reading, and gaming.
