I am an ACSM certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist with 4 years combined experience in cardiovascular stress testing and cardiopulmonary rehab. I joined the Carda Health team to further my ability to reach patients who otherwise might not receive a quality rehab experience. I am passionate about giving individuals the tools they need to exercise in an effective and safe manner through proper exercise prescription. Outside of work, I enjoy lifting weights, spending time outdoors, and drinking coffee!
