I joined Carda because I am excited about the prospect of being able to reach and help more patients. I am passionate about empowering patients through education and lifestyle changes, focusing on exercise, nutrition, and stress management. In my previous role I helped build and implement a successful Cardiac Rehab and led that program through successful AACVPR Certification. In my free time I enjoy traveling, landscape/wildlife photography, and spending time with my family, friends, and my Pyredoodle, Hondo.
