I graduated from from Virginia Tech in 2014 with my BS in HNFE with a focus on Exercise and Health Promotion. I have worked in Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab for the past 7+ years. I joined Carda because I wanted a chance to work with other CEPs and I thought it may be a way to reach more people that are in need of rehab that do not live close to a facility. My family and I are runners and completed our first half marathon last October.
